Your neighbourhood is the small residential seaside zone of Cap den Font, where there is a lot of space between house and house, you will live a relaxed atmosphere, where the green of the gardens and the blue of the sea that surrounds the entire area predominate. Nearby you will find a charming “microbeach”, with the name of “Es caló blanc” and several platforms and other direct natural accesses to the sea, these places that allow the most authentic bathing, preferred by many locals. The villa is located in the vicinity of the airport.
Then there is the virgin beach of Biniparratx, with impressive cliffs and some natural caves, exclusively for pedestrian access, and the beaches Binidalí in the west and Binisafua in the east. Very near to the entrance to Cap den Font there are two restaurants. To find more infrastructure, supermarkets, car rental, ice cream parlors or shops, there is the picturesque “Fishing Village” of Binibeca, about 3 km away, a jewel of architecture, which is at the same time a must for any visitor to Menorca.
