Your neighbourhood is the small residential seaside zone of Cap den Font, where there is a lot of space between house and house, you will live a relaxed atmosphere, where the green of the gardens and the blue of the sea that surrounds the entire area predominate. Nearby you will find a charming “microbeach”, with the name of “Es caló blanc” and several platforms and other direct natural accesses to the sea, these places that allow the most authentic bathing, preferred by many locals. The villa is located in the vicinity of the airport.
Then there is the virgin beach of Biniparratx, with impressive cliffs and some natural caves, exclusively for pedestrian access, and the beaches Binidalí in the west and Binisafua in the east. Very near to the entrance to Cap den Font there are two restaurants. To find more infrastructure, supermarkets, car rental, ice cream parlors or shops, there is the picturesque “Fishing Village” of Binibeca, about 3 km away, a jewel of architecture, which is at the same time a must for any visitor to Menorca.

And, most importantly, it is located in a short street with only a few houses, cul-de sac, in the high part of the quiet residential area of Binibeca Nou. Here you are close to everything, but far enough away from the traffic and bustle to be able to experience all the peace that the island of Menorca can breathe.
As we have already said, it has a wonderful garden, it also has an exceptional terrace, a part as a sun deck and a covered part that runs along almost the entire side of the house. Here the whole family or the group of friends can happily spread out, take the opportunity to sunbathe on one of the loungers next to the pool, or sit in the cool of the shade. The large kitchen communicates directly with the terrace, so it is very comfortable to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack ... outdoors. The kitchen opens in a large arch to the living room, which has large terrace doors to the outside. Th result is a bright space, equipped and decorated with great taste and love, the heart of the house, where also in the hottest time of the year one can cool off with the air conditioning.
As well the main bedroom, with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, has air conditioning, the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, share the second bathroom and are equipped with fans.
The privileged location of Casa Bruna means that with all the calmness it has, at the same time you are close to everything. With a few steps you are next to the sea, the wonderful beach of Binibeca, with its small pine forest, its picnic area, is 800 meters away and Cala Torret, where the locals bathe from the rocks and various platforms, is even closer. It not only offers you the most authentic dip in the sea but also bars, restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket and a kayak rental. There are several restaurants with a spectacular view over the sea.
And for all those who like walking, it is good to know that right next to Casa Bruna, the residential area meets some small pine forests, a small ravine of wild olive trees and the Menorcan garrigue. Walking comfortably, even if you go with small children in a pushchair, you can explore the authentic nature of the island, practically next to your house. Runners and cyclists link directly to the now famous “camí de cavalls”.
