Bini Marina is a 2-storey villa with capacity up to 8 people, located in Binibeca Vell, just 400 meters from the famous Fishing Village.
The Villa has a large outdoor area with a private pool, barbecue and a pergola to eat in the shade on hot summer days.
Inside the house, on the ground floor, we find 3 double bedrooms, all of them with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the outdoor area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as a terrace with sea views. All bedrooms in the house have air conditioning.
Bini Marina is in one of the best urbanizations in Menorca, just 5 minutes walk from the fishing village and 15 minutes walk from Binibeca beach. The Binibeca Vell urbanization also has all kinds of services; shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, supermarkets ... everything you need to spend your stay in the house is less than 10 minutes away.
