Description
Villa Punta Rosa has the best situation in the magnificent Punta Prima, with its fantastic beach of fine white sand and its great gastronomic offer, it is almost in the first row. It is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and partial sea views from the first floor balcony. The decoration dazzles with its good taste, a very successful coloring and first-class materials. Outside there is a surrounding terrace that offers ample space for sunbathing, eating and lounging. There is a built-in barbecue and a wooden pergola, ideal for enjoying dinner in comfort.
The generous living room is open plan, with a traditional beamed ceiling, it occupies the same space with kitchen and dining room and gives access to the pool terrace.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom that share a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms open onto a shared covered terrace that has a table and chairs. You can sit and enjoy breakfast there.
WIFI and air conditioning / heating are included in the rooms.
