S’Hort des Milord is ideal for a large family or two families who want to enjoy their holidays together. Both its exterior and interior are absolutely exceptional.
The property consists of more than 3,000 m2 and the entire outdoor area far exceeds what one can expect from a summer house. Starting with the parking area, passing through the different terraces that surround the house, the pool area, to the park-like garden, everything is large, there is abundant vegetation, pines and palm trees that provide delicious shade, and there is an atmosphere of authenticity and tradition.
The entire main terrace area has been renovated, with a beautiful stone floor, to form an authentic outdoor dining room.
Inside everything is comfort and modernity. The house boasts its own style of careful elegance, with parquet floors, modern and fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen.
The kitchen, living and dining room have air conditioning.
There are four double bed bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. One room also has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy the first sun of the day. Then there is one bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for families. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms there are two more, all spacious and modern. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
As you can see from the photos, everything is decorated and equipped with special care, set up for a perfect stay. To complete this, the "finca" also has a barbecue and a laundry room.
The location on the outskirts of Es Castell gives you the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of an authentic small Menorcan town as it is not a holiday resort. At the same time, it is a few kilometres from Maó, the island's capital, and a few meters from the charming little port of Es Castell, Cales Fonts, with its varied gastronomic offer and unique ambience. The Castillo de San Felipe and Fort Marlborough are both in the municipality of Es Castell and are certainly worth a visit. The beautiful beaches of Punta Prima or Binibeca are 12 km away.
