The upper terrace, the garden and the pool area overlook a part of the cliff of Cala Galdana that offers incredibly beautiful views of a flawless sea, which stretches before the observer without buildings or obstacles.

Even in July and August, months in which even quiet Menorca bustles with activity and Cala Galdana is usually an urbanization full of life, here you have your haven of absolute peace.
The villa is on two floors and 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, are exceptionally large and have their own ensuite bathroom, and three of them have beautiful sea views.
The entire house has large spaces, you will be truly comfortable, even with maximum occupancy. The large living room offers a pleasant and carefully decorated space in which to retreat from a day of sun and vacation. The kitchen is very spacious and allows several members of the family or group to cook together.
Cala Galdana is one of the most beautiful resorts in Menorca, its cliffs and pine forests give it a unique beauty that the buildings have not been able to spoil. The white Menorcan-style villas are pleasing to the eye and give a touch of elegance to the whole. At the same time, the cove offers a very extensive infrastructure with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, there is a medical center, pharmacy, car and boat rental, etc.
In addition to all this, Cala Galdana is the starting point to walk to the most famous virgin coves in Menorca, Macarella and Macarelleta to the west, and Mitjana and Trebaluger to the east. The already famous “Camí de Cavalls” as a cycling and hiking route passes through it and in fact a stage starts just a few meters from our villa.

Villa Ponte is a magnificient house, in a large plot with a privileged location in one of the most emblematic beaches of Menorca, Cala Galdana. From the terrace and pool you can see the whole beach. The house has 6 bedrooms, from which 5 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the master bedroom with a double room and en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are sharing 3 further bathrooms, all of them renovated and updated. The living-dining room situated next to the kitchen, gives access to the magnificient covered-open terrace and swimming pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and other small appliances. The Villa is prepared and equipped for 11 people with a menorcan style of decoration, simple and functional for the summer .we have to mentioned that 3 rooms are on first floor accessed by a spiral staircase and another two on the ground floor from which the access have a few steps. The double bed is 150cms, and the single ones are 80 and 90 cms. We can access to the beach by a very close path of stairs situated near the property of bordering the street and walking approximately 900 meters. The nearest bars and restaurants are 700 meters away. The route of Camí de Cavalls that crosses the beaches of Cala Mitjana and Cala Mitjaneta starts right in front of the house. Due to vegetation surrounding the house, it is not allowed to use the barbecue in the property.
