The Villa “Sarg Dorat” is located on the edge of a small ravine in the residential area of Binibeca Nou, with an absolutely exceptional result. The dense grove of wild olive trees and oaks creates a microclimate of freshness and an atmosphere of tranquility to intensely enjoy nature. The garden set so between the wild vegetation and the house is a green oasis, there is an expansive covered terrace with various seating areas to soak up the atmosphere,and a large built-in BBQ.
The house is divided into two floors, both with their respective terraces, the one on the first floor offers a beautiful view over the trees. On this floor are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious and very elegant living room with double access to the garden, the beautiful open kitchen separated from the living room by a fireplace and a complete bathroom. As you can see from the photos, the entire house and the outdoor area are designed with natural materials and much taste, lots of wood, nuanced colours and spacious rooms.
If you are a lover of nature and the Mediterranean landscape, you will definitely adore this house.
There is a small pond with goldfish and a little wooden cottage that offers two additional sleeping places for those who want to enjoy this wonderful place and spend the night in this truly romantic and exceptional setting.

And it is near to the beautiful beach of Binibeca, both are about 600 m away. At about a kilometer and a half there is the "Fishing Village" where you will find more restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ice cream parlours.

In Brisa Marina you can have the experience, because it has a lot to offer for all the senses. The sea in all its facets will be the scenery of your holidays, your soundtrack as well. The house is located just a few meters from the small cove of Torret, practically on the rocks that form it, so from your garden and terrace, from your house itself, you are in direct contact with the Mediterranean sea, its breeze, its colour, the sound of its waves accompanies you throughout your stay, every day, every moment. You wake up in one of the three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds) and you hear the waves before you get up. You prepare the first coffee of the day in your nice and well equipped kitchen, open to the living room, and you can look out of the window, can feel how the coffee flavour mixes with the smell of the sea. You have breakfast in the living room or on the terrace, and the water spreads out before you.
The terrace will be your favourite place, it is equipped with a table and chairs to be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner there, and it has a relax area with original and comfortable sofas. But this is not all, you also have, right between the terrace and the sea, your own little garden with a good built-in barbecue. Can you smell your first BBQ?
The whole house is equipped and decorated with great taste and love, it has one complete bathroom and another bathroom with access from the outside, both with a shower. In addition, it has a small terrace on the back of the building. You will love your neighbourhood, made up of other small fisherman-style houses.
With just a few steps you can go down to the sea. The small cove invites young and old to take the most authentic bath from its very rocks. There are some platforms and ramps where the locals plunge into the perfect blue and clear water. Play, dive, fish, swim, enjoy this little paradise in a thousand ways. Cala Torret offers you a certain infrastructure at the same time. There is a well-stocked small supermarket where you can buy fresh croissants first thing in the morning, a cafeteria in case you prefer one day to be served breakfast with all comfort, several bars and restaurants for all tastes, some of them with an enviable sea view. Well, it will be a sight envied by others because you at Brisa Marina have it 24 hours a day.
It remains to be explained that less than a km away you have the beautiful Binibeca beach, with its golden sand, its little pine forest and its picnic area. The “Pueblo de Pescadores” is also within walking distance, with more shops, restaurants, car and motorcycle rentals, ice cream parlours etc. -
Binibeca Vell is one of the most popular places among the visitors of the island, with its white houses and charming architectural style. It is located on the south coast of Menorca and belongs to the municipality of Sant Lluis, the completely whitewashed Menorcan houses are its hallmark, there are no large hotels, no hustle and bustle.The two most important starting points are the famous "fishing village", which concentrates the infrastructure around itself, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, also car rental or ice cream parlor, and the pretty beach with its small pine grove.
“Vela Llatina” is about a 10-15 minute walk from both points which is very convenient and at the same time means you are in a perfectly peaceful location. The house is situated on the slightly higher part of Binibeca Vell and from its terrace in the first floor you have a wide view over the nice resort to the sea.
It is a modern style villa. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with bathroom en suite. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside the villa has a private pool and the nice solarium terrace located on the first floor which we already mentioned. We recommend to enjoy the sunset from this terrace. .
Binibeca is connected to both Sant Lluís and the island's capital Maó by public bus, the latter in particular is certainly worth a visit with its wide range of gastronomic and cultural offers. The nice beaches of Punta Prima, Binisafua or Es Caló Blanc are all relatively close and can be easily reached following the sea line, by car or even walking.
