Description
This fantastic "fisherman's house", one of the most successful of our holiday homes, now has air conditioning in all three bedrooms, and two new bathrooms (shower).
Mon Palau has an authentically Menorcan style with its pristine white and its green booklet shutters, and it certainly fulfils what it promises, it is a true “palace” of Mediterranean life, a house full of light in a privileged location. It stands out without a doubt for its garden and terrace that enjoy the best view over the sea. You will only see rocks, sea and sky, and the soundtrack of your vacation will be the sound of the waves. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. There is also a relaxation area, so you can soak up the sun and salt whenever you want, and enjoy an outdoor life by the sea without leaving home. Both double bedrooms have direct views of the sea, one of them with a double bed, the other with two beds. There is a third bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bright living room, with large windows and doors that communicate with the outside.

The city of Maó is only about 10 kilometres away, with all its cultural, gastronomic and commercial offer, you also have Sant Lluís about 3 kilometres away, and in the immediate neighbourhood on the coast you have Punta Prima in the east and Binibeca in the west, with its magnificent beaches and its wide range of everything the “normal” tourist needs. Which you are not, because you will be a privileged person who lives the Menorca of the locals.

The Villa “Sarg Dorat” is located on the edge of a small ravine in the residential area of Binibeca Nou, with an absolutely exceptional result. The dense grove of wild olive trees and oaks creates a microclimate of freshness and an atmosphere of tranquility to intensely enjoy nature. The garden set so between the wild vegetation and the house is a green oasis, there is an expansive covered terrace with various seating areas to soak up the atmosphere,and a large built-in BBQ.
The house is divided into two floors, both with their respective terraces, the one on the first floor offers a beautiful view over the trees. On this floor are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious and very elegant living room with double access to the garden, the beautiful open kitchen separated from the living room by a fireplace and a complete bathroom. As you can see from the photos, the entire house and the outdoor area are designed with natural materials and much taste, lots of wood, nuanced colours and spacious rooms.
If you are a lover of nature and the Mediterranean landscape, you will definitely adore this house.
There is a small pond with goldfish and a little wooden cottage that offers two additional sleeping places for those who want to enjoy this wonderful place and spend the night in this truly romantic and exceptional setting.
Not only is it an oasis of calm and freshness, but it also gives you quick access to Cala Torret with its restaurants and bars, some of which have truly enviable views of the sea, its well-stocked supermarket, its diving school and kayak and bicycle rental. And it is near to the beautiful beach of Binibeca, both are about 600 m away. At about a kilometer and a half there is the "Fishing Village" where you will find more restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ice cream parlours.
