It is located in Arenal d'en Castell, a few meters from Arenal Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the north of the island that has all the services (coast guard, access for people with reduced mobility, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, pharmacy and shops).

The house has internet access (WIFI), and television and has two bright and modern bathrooms.
